Asociatia Telefonul Copilului (Child’s Telephone Association, NGO): We provided the Client with representation before the Ro PTO in order to register the national trademark "Telefonul Copilului" and in front of the public authorities in order to resolve some disputes. About 30 hours with reduced fees were allocated for this project, delivered by Ioana Balaceanu – Associate, under the guidance of Gabriela Milcev – Partner.
ARNIS (Romanian Association of Long Hospitalised Newborns, NGO): We helped the Client in the development of a project that consisted of the creation of an online platform for the digitisation of communication between the parties involved in the care of the newborn in a maternity hospital: parents/legal representatives - medical staff - ARNIS (as a patient association). For example, we drafted the terms and conditions for the site, studied and drafted a legislative report necessary for the implementation of the project and drafted the procedure that the medical staff must go through, a document necessary for signing the collaboration contract with the hospital in whose neonatology department the project was to be implemented. The assistance was provided by Veronica Floroiu – Managing Associate, with the support of Gabriela Umbrarescu – Junior Lawyer. A number of approximately 25 hours were provided on a reduced-fee basis.
Asociatia De-a arhitectura (NGO): the Client is an association whose objectives include the promotion of architecture education and the built environment for children in schools, teachers and among the architects' guild. In the last year, we provided advice to the Client by drafting the terms and conditions for the website. This activity involved the allocation of a number of 20 hours by Ioana Balaceanu – Associate, under the coordination of Iulia Burbea – Partner, for a reduced fee.
