Max edits Managing IP’s news and analysis and oversees the team of reporters. He also helps chair and present the publication’s events, including the Managing IP Awards, and commissions expert analysis. He reports on all aspects of IP, particularly trademark and copyright matters in Europe.

Special Projects Editor
Sukanya manages the special projects published on Managing IP, including the IP Ones to Watch, 50 Most Influential People in IP and What Corporates Want. She also covers all IP-related issues in Asia including trademark, copyright, patent and design matters.

Senior Reporter
Rani reports on all aspects of IP in the US and the Americas, particularly patents as well as trademarks and copyright. Based in New York, she covers in-house and private practice lawyers’ concerns and insights into the market.

Research Editor
Kingsley oversees the research for Managing IP’s annual awards programme and our legal guide known as IP STARS, a publication that ranks IP law firms and practitioners. His postgraduate qualifications include a master’s degree in IP from Queen Mary University of London.

John is the editor for awards research. He also leads the research effort across several other legal awards, including the Women in Business Law, LMG Life Sciences for EMEA, and ITR's awards globally. John manages research across a wide array of legal specialisms. In 2020 he obtained his LLB.

Americas Editor, IP STARS
Chris leads Managing IP’s research team in our New York office. He is also the managing editor of the LMG Life Sciences publication.
