Veronica is an attorney-at-law, member of Bucharest Bar Association, working exclusively in the IP field for over 18 years. She is also member of the Romanian Chamber of Trademark and Patent Attorneys since 2012.
Veronica has intensively worked in the trademark, designs and copyright field, with an equal focus on
consultancy work and dispute resolution. She was also involved in consultancy in various projects of commercial law, unfair competition, customer protection and data protection. Experienced litigator, Veronica has represented clients in numerous IP rights court cases related to pharmaceutical, food, mineral waters, and industrial field. She also handles the national and global trademark portfolio of Romanian clients from banking industry, pharmaceutical sector, bearings industry, coordinating on-going projects of trademark registration, active protection against infringement, negotiation of various agreements relating to intellectual property rights. Her experience includes advising high profiled international clients in their IP matters in Romania, in all relevant aspects, from prosecution to litigation. She was also involved in training activity in the field of intellectual property for various companies, for marketing or legal departments, or for entrepreneurs’ communities.
She was a member in INTA Anti-Counterfeiting Committee between 2020-2021 and INTA Emerging Issues Committee between 2024 - 2025.
