Yakult wins 3D trade mark in Japan
Japan’s IP High Court has ruled that Yakult should be granted a three-dimensional trade mark for the bottle it uses to sell its probiotic drinks
The November 16 decision states that the bottle shape has
acquired secondary meaning. It is only the second bottle to
obtain a 3D trade mark in Japan
