Managing IP presents the third edition of its Ones to Watch list, profiling 22 in-house counsel on the rise

Managing IP is pleased to bring you IP Ones to Watch 2023: 22 In-House on the Rise, which showcases emerging talent in the in-house intellectual property world.

We have picked counsel who either have up to 10 years’ post-qualification experience or have only joined the IP ranks more recently.

Our 22 winners were whittled down from a long list of recommendations made in a survey that launched in early 2023.

Respondents were asked to nominate up to three junior or new in-house practitioners in their companies or other businesses.

Our journalists conducted thorough research to verify the nominees’ suitability and credentials, often speaking directly to the nominators.

Some of the names on the list may be familiar, but many may not be. We believe, however, that the 22 individuals here will certainly be known to you in years to come.

This project is just the latest in a long line of successful research-based offerings from Managing IP and its sister publication IP STARS.

Congratulations to all the winners you see below. You can view last year’s winners here.
