The Intellectual Property Office of Singapore and the Japan Patent Office have extended their patent prosecution highway (PPH) pilot programme until July 1 2011.
PPH agreements allow an applicant who receives a favourable ruling from one nation's patent office on at least one claim in an application to fast track their application with the other participating nation.
