At Rouse Stina specializes in data privacy issues, marketing law and commercial contracts. Stina also serves as account manager for clients with large trademark portfolios and provides both strategic consultation as well as trademark prosecution.
Stina is a frequent speaker at seminars on data privacy issues and is an experienced project manager.
Stina has previously been the manager of a global IP team with the aim to take advantage of the global nature of the team and ensure an excellent and uniform delivery of the IP services. The service delivery consisted of e.g. contract negotiations, contract drafting, consultation on and assistance with intellectual property issues in a digital environment, domain name dispute management in numerous jurisdictions, social media management from a trademark and copyright law perspective etc.
