Biography
Peter Kim Jensen having turned 70 has decided to reduce his workload but continues to be involved at COPA as of counsel, offering exceptional experience in mechanical devices, process and production technology and plastic and packaging technology.
He is highly experienced in opposition and appeal cases before the EPO, as well as in Danish injunction proceedings and infringement and invalidity proceedings. In close partnership with IP lawyers, he advises companies in technical and patent law aspects in court proceedings.
