I am a senior associate in our Intellectual Property practice in Amsterdam, where I advise on technology-related matters with a focus on patent law.
I provide advice and litigate in complex cross-border disputes in the various technology sectors, such as life sciences, consumer goods and communication. I specialise in Dutch and Unified Patent Court patent infringement and revocation cases and assist in related proceedings before the European Patent Office. I also have experience in patent entitlement proceedings and Dutch Supreme Court litigation. My background in mergers and acquisitions serves me well while advising clients on IP aspects in tech-heavy corporate transactions and related matters.
I am a member of the International Association for the Protection of Intellectual Property (AIPPI) and Female Intellectual Property Experts (FIPE).
