I am a European Trademark and Design Attorney in our Intellectual Property Group in The Hague. I am fully dedicated to our Brand Management practice where I specialise in the protection and management of Intellectual Property rights, including trademarks, designs, copyright and trade names.
Within our Brand Management practice, I advise and assist our national, international and multinational clients in various sectors with strengthening their Intellectual Property portfolios. This includes investigating the availability, filing, prosecuting, maintaining and enforcing their Intellectual Property. It also includes facilitating the collaboration and managing conflicts with other IP holders through co-existence, non-disclosure and license agreements.
I represent clients in proceedings before the Benelux and European Union Intellectual Property Office, including proceedings in relation to refusals, oppositions and cancellations of trademark and design rights.
