Preview: Nokia, Philips and seizures in the EU

The Court of Justice of the EU will give a judgment later this week in two cases that will affect whether IP owners can seize fake goods passing through the EU

In a judgment on Thursday it will address questions referred by the Court of Appeal in London in a case involving Nokia, and by the Court of First Instance in Antwerp, Belgium in a dispute involving Philips.
