UK opens up copyright exceptions

Proposals to introduce limited private copyright exceptions in the UK “will bring the law in line with – frankly – common sense,” business minister Vince Cable said today

Speaking at a press conference this morning, Cable said the government accepted the "broad findings" of the Hargreaves Review, published in May, and would act on each of its 10 findings.
