Interflora wins UK Google AdWords case
Retailer Marks & Spencer infringed Interflora’s trade marks when it bought keywords using the latter’s brand name, Mr Justice Arnold ruled this week
The decision is a victory for Interflora and follows a five-year legal battle which included a referral to the Court of Justice of the EU.
