The office in charge of the Community trade mark (CTM) has proposed that much of its substantial surplus be refunded to trade mark users, as part of its submission to a study on the European trade mark system
In its contribution, published on January 13, the Office for Harmonisation in the Internal Market (OHIM) proposes keeping 50 million as a strategic reserve.
