Managing IP will host its North America Awards dinner.
The day begins with a keynote
address from Michelle Lee, deputy director of the US Patent and
Trademark Office. Other speakers in the morning include counsel
from Google and SC Johnson & Son, and attorneys from Banner
& Witcoff on patent filing after the AIA; and counsel from
the life science sector on the practical impact of recent
Supreme Court rulings in Myriad and WARF.

developments and preparing for Europe’s new
Unified Patent Court system before a networking lunch.
