Michael Eisenberg has joined Kasowitz Benson Torres & Friedman as a partner in the firm’s IP litigation group.
Eisenberg, who will be based in the firm’s New York office, was formerly counsel with the patent litigation group at Weil Gotshal & Manges. His practice focuses on intellectual property and related appellate matters in industries including semiconductors, computer hardware and computer software.
