UDRP issues report takes shape

The group formed to help write an issues report into the current state of the UDRP will invite UDRP providers, panellists and lawyers to provide insights

The group met this week and decided to host a webinar that will invite the four UDRP providers, as well as some panellists and lawyers active in the domain disputes to give their insight into problems with the procedure.

The group is meeting as a result of a motion from the Generic Names Support Organisation (GNSO) Council at its February 3 meeting calling for an investigation into the "current state" of the UDRP.
