Asian UDRP provider cleared of allegations

A special investigation has cleared the Asian Domain Name Dispute Resolution Centre of alleged fraud, dishonesty and deliberate wrongdoing in three domain disputes
During a meeting of the council of the Asian Domain Name Dispute Resolution Centre (ADNDRC) on October 9 last year, it was decided to form a Special Investigation Committee to examine complaints made against the UDRP provider's Hong Kong office in its handling of three UDRP decisions.
The Committee - comprising Micheal Hartmann, Fred Kan Ka Chong and Robin Somers Peard - concluded in its report, published on August 13 but dated August 4, that the complaining parties, who did not disclose their true identities, failed to prove allegations of fraud, misconduct or wrongdoing in the three decisions.
The lack of proper evidence moved the Committee to write that "the lengthy, repetitive and unjustified allegations of dishonesty and fraud should never have been made".
