Barbara Caulfield, Michael Malecek and Peter Root, all formerly with Dewey & LeBoeuf, have joined Kaye Scholer’s Menlo Park office as partners in its IP practice

Caulfield was previously managing partner of Dewey & LeBoeuf’s Silicon Valley office and co-chair of the firm’s global life sciences industry sector and its IP litigation practice group.
Malecek focuses on patent litigation, while Root specializes in IP and technology commercial litigation matters.
