British Library recommends copyright reforms

26 July 2010

The British Library has published a report called “Driving UK Research. Is copyright a help or hindrance?”

The report comprises 13 contributions from researchers and others, including academic Lionel Bently, journalist Richard Donkin and Palestinian musician Reem Kelani.

Each contributor has written a short essay on how they believe copyright needs to be reformed in their professional field. The views are not necessarily endorsed by the British Library itself.

The report can be downloaded here and is available under a Creative Commons licence.
