Squire Sanders expands IP capability in Japan

US full service law firm Squire Sanders Dempsey has increased its IP capability in Japan by merging with domestic IP boutique Miki & Yoshida Law and Patent Office.

The office of Squire Sanders in Tokyo is a kyodo jigyo, which means that it has both Japanese and non-Japanese lawyers.

Founding partners Shigeru Miki and Masao Yoshida, partner Kanako Inokuchi and associate Masazume Kano are all working in the Tokyo office of Squire Sanders, which is now known as Squire Sanders Miki & Yoshida.
