Leading trade mark/copyright firms revealed

In the second and final part of MIP's annual survey of the world's leading IP firms, this month we publish the trade mark and copyright rankings. The tables, spanning the Americas, Asia and Europe, cover both prosecution and contentious work in 65 jurisdictions

The tables on the following pages represent the results of MIP's 11th annual World IP Survey, and this year's is the largest and most in-depth ever. The tables cover 65 jurisdictions and every one has been reviewed this year to ensure the rankings reflect the state of the IP market.

The tables have been compiled by our team of five researchers in London, New York and Hong Kong. They have spoken to hundreds of practitioners and in-house counsel, and many lawyers and attorneys have completed detailed forms providing information on their own practice, other firms and the overall trends in the IP market. In-house counsel have also given us their views on the outside advisers they use and recommend.
