Ruixian Liu

Ms. Liu is a patent agent who graduated from the Department of Physics at Tangshan Normal University and the Physics and Optoelectronic Engineering Department at Dalian University of Technology, obtaining bachelor's and master's degrees in science.

Since graduating in 2009, she has been working at Kangxin Partners P.C., mainly responsible for patent-related work in semiconductor fabrication and the electrical and electronic engineering field.
