Muhammad Talal Farrukh Irfan Khan

Talal serves as a partner at the United Trademark & Patent Services office in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. He is admitted to practise law in Ontario and Pakistan and is a member of the Law Society of Ontario as well as the Pakistan Bar Council.

Talal holds a master of laws in intellectual property law from The George Washington University Law School and an LLM in constitutional law from the University of Toronto.

His practice focuses on intellectual property enforcement, data privacy and cybersecurity, and competition law. Talal also advises start-ups in the blockchain, fintech, and emerging technology sectors on intellectual property protection and cybersecurity matters.
