Her practice covers both contentious proceedings and transactional intellectual property matters.
Yonca has represented numerous prominent brands in complex, high-value disputes involving market entry barriers, counterfeit goods, trademark trolls and passing-off claims. She regularly assists clients in enforcing their rights through infringement actions, invalidation proceedings and non-declaratory judgment lawsuits.
