She has extensive experience in litigation and enforcement matters, representing leading global brands in the cosmetics, luxury, fashion, lifestyle, technology and food industries. Her work includes disputes involving counterfeiting, unfair competition, copyright infringement, parallel imports, market entry barriers and domain name disputes. Ece regularly handles raids, injunction proceedings, infringement actions, invalidation and non-use cancellation lawsuits, and coordinates multi-jurisdictional enforcement strategies with international counsel.
In addition to contentious work, Ece is active in intellectual property-focused commercial transactions. She negotiates and drafts licensing, coexistence, assignment, movie production, content production, influencer, software and media-related agreements. Her practice combines intellectual property law with advertising and digital media, helping clients align legal compliance with commercial objectives.
Ece also assists with the management of global trademark portfolios, developing customized protection and enforcement strategies. She is particularly experienced in copyright-intensive industries and advises on audiovisual productions, documentaries, broadcasting, digital content, advertising campaigns, IT matters and entertainment law, as well as traditional and digital brand communications.
