Sophie is an Associate Solicitor with a particular specialism in intellectual property litigation including copyright, trade mark infringement and passing off disputes, often being complex and multi-jurisdictional.
Sophie has litigation experience in various UK courts including in the High Court and its specialist Intellectual Property Enterprise Court as well as successfully appealing lower court decisions in the Court of Appeal and the Supreme Court.
