Biography
Matt is a Senior Associate in the Intellectual Property team. He specialises in contentious matters, with a particular focus on the protection and enforcement of trade marks, copyright and design rights.
Since qualifying in 2016, Matt has litigated extensively in the Intellectual Property Enterprise Court, High Court and Court of Appeal. He has also acted regularly for clients in UKIPO proceedings, domain name disputes and complaints before the Company Names Tribunal.
Matt has a Postgraduate Diploma in Intellectual Property Law and Practice from the University of Oxford and is ranked as a Rising Star by Managing IP. He is also recognised by Legal500 as a Key Lawyer for trade marks, copyright and designs.
