Robert Nešpůrek is a co-founding partner of HAVEL & PARTNERS, one of the largest independent law firms in Central Europe.
Robert currently heads the firm’s Commercial, IP and TMT practice group.
Robert regularly advises on transactions with a strong technology or IP rights transfer elements. He has acted for strategic investors, investment funds and selling owners on numerous M&A deals involving technology, telecoms, gaming, retail and automotive companies. Robert frequently advises on complex technology, licencing and other commercial contracts and out-of-court settlements of disputes arising from such relationships and has also represented clients in arbitration proceedings in the Czech Republic and abroad.
Robert’s intellectual property practice includes trademarks, designs, know-how protection, copyright and unfair competition, as well as market entry issues, international IP strategies, and IP commercialization.
In the area of information technology, Robert advises clients on software law, IT supply and implementation projects, IT outsourcing and resolution of disputes arising from complex IT projects.
