Radek specialises in intellectual property including effective enforcement of industrial property rights, information technology, commercial contract law and competition matters in general.
In the area of intellectual property, Radek is particularly involved in defining comprehensive IP strategies both in the Czech Republic and abroad, as well as in the enforcement of industrial property rights and copyrights with a focus on anti-counterfeiting and parallel imports. His expertise also includes other matters relating to industrial property, domain names, and domain disputes.
In the area of contract law, in addition to standard types of contracts, he focuses in particular on IP transactions, on relationships relating to the development, licensing and protection of technologies and the related know-how, as well as setting up distribution and franchise models.
