Lenka specializes in intellectual property law, information technology, and franchising matters. In the area of intellectual property law, she focuses particularly on industrial property and copyright law. She has provided legal advice related to the review and drafting of various contracts concerning the protection of intellectual property rights, including licensing agreements. Lenka has also been actively involved in resolving complex legal disputes and conducting opposition proceedings in the field of trademark law.
