Paweł’s key areas of practice include litigation and settlements relating to copyright, industrial property and combating unfair competition before Polish and European Union administrative authorities and courts. He is involved in both advisory and mediations work in matters related to the protection of copyrights, trademarks, trade names, geographical indications and competition law.
Paweł has been an active member of some international organizations promoting and developing the protection of industrial property rights, including MARQUES (where he is working within Famous and Well Known Marks Team) and ECTA. He has also been elected to Disciplinary Court of Appeals of the Polish Chamber of Patent Attorneys.
Pawel has been also regularly ranked by Who’s Who Legal as a recommended IP Practitioner.
