Jakub Miszkurka - Advocate, associated with K&K since 2023. IPStars Rising Star for year 2025.

Jakub’s key area of focus is trademark litigation matters, copyright and unfair competition issues before courts pertaining to various IP rights. In his everyday practice he is engaged in advisory work, analysing unfair competition risks, drafting legal opinions and preparing coexistence agreements between the litigating parties. As an advocate he is also involved in infringement case assessment and persecution within the criminal and customs matters.
