In 1991 Jaroslaw co-founded Kulikowska & Kulikowski, one of the first private IP law firms in Poland, remaining since the beginning its managing partner.
He has numerous years of experience in industrial and intellectual property law, with primary focus on litigation and combating unfair competition, representing holders of IP rights before the Polish and European Union administrative authorities as well as before administrative and common courts. He provides comprehensive advice and mediates in disputes relating to protection of trademarks, designs, trade names, geographical indications and in the field of competition law. Being an active and imaginative personality, Jaroslaw has a unique way of tackling problems directly, each time with a tailored approach and not shying away even from most challenging cases.
He is a member of numerous international organizations, including ECTA, INTA, PTMG, ITMA, AIPPI, and an active participant in international conferences and venues, repeatedly delivering speeches.
Jarosław has also been a regular on IP STARS, WTR 1000 and WWL rankings as a recommended trademark lawyer.
