Nola handles the day-to-day operations of the trade mark prosecution client service team, and searches team in our Jersey office. She has a BA (Hons) degree, and a PG Cert (IP Management).
With over 20 years of experience, Nola specialises in international trade mark registration, searches, prosecution and maintenance across the continent of Africa (59 countries and surrounding islands) and the Caribbean region covering 24 jurisdictions. She has extensive experience in co-ordinating trade mark portfolios, and providing practical advice on the management of trade mark portfolios as well as the prosecution of matters across these regions.
Nola works with a wide variety of global brand owners across diverse fields, including food and beverage, fashion, telecommunications, and pharmaceutical industry sectors.
