Emily is a Chartered Trade Mark Attorney with a BA (Hons), PG Cert (IP) and Professional Cert (Trade Marks Practice).
With over ten years of experience in international trade mark registration, searches, prosecution and maintenance, Emily handles a number of trade mark portfolios across Africa (59 countries and surrounding islands) and the Caribbean (24 jurisdictions) for international corporates.
Emily was a member of the trade mark prosecution team at Spoor & Fisher Jersey for eight years before moving to Virgin Enterprises Limited in London. She spent four years in their in-house IP team, where she qualified as a Chartered Trade Mark Attorney. Emily returned to Spoor & Fisher Jersey in 2019.
