Megan Dinnie

Megan is a Trade Mark Attorney, with BEd and LLB degrees. She is an Attorney of the High Court of South Africa.

Megan specialises in trade mark litigation. She has over ten years of experience advising clients on trade mark matters across Africa (59 countries and surrounding islands), including oppositions, trade mark and copyright infringement, unlawful competition, passing off, anti-counterfeiting and domain name disputes.

She also handles international trade mark filing, registration and prosecution matters. Her client portfolio includes, among others, global brand owners from the food & beverage, pharmaceutical, retail, fashion and automotive industry sectors.
