Biography
Michael Flynn-O’Brien is a trial lawyer who represents clients in complex commercial and intellectual property disputes in state, federal and arbitral venues across the United States. He has litigated claims involving trade secret misappropriation, unfair competition and patent infringement across a range of technologies, including robotics, drones, autonomous navigation, data centres, mobile devices, audio algorithms, materials science, semiconductors, security, internet technologies and pharmaceuticals.
Michael has also litigated breach of contract, trademark and copyright disputes across various industries, with a particular emphasis on venture capital, emerging companies and entertainment. He advises companies and individuals on employee mobility and unfair competition matters in these industries, particularly disputes between and among founders, investors and former employees.
