Biography
Hillary Bunsow’s practice focuses on commercial and intellectual property disputes and related counselling. She represents clients in patent, copyright, trademark, trade secret, contract, unfair competition and other commercial disputes.
In addition to her litigation practice, Hillary advises clients on contract drafting and negotiation, patent monetisation, licensing and enforcement, trademark clearance and registration, brand protection, domain name matters, copyright clearance and registration, DMCA compliance, artificial intelligence-related issues, trade secret protection, employee mobility matters and disputes between company founders.
Hillary serves as Bunsow De Mory’s Pro Bono Coordinator and maintains an extensive pro bono practice of her own.
In addition to being recognised by Managing IP as a Rising Star, Hillary has been named a Super Lawyers Rising Star for Intellectual Property Litigation (2026) and recognised by Best Lawyers as "One to Watch" from 2023 to 2025.
