Mr. Makoto Okada is known for handling both contentious and non-contentious IP matters, especially patent disputes such as patent infringement litigation, court appeals against Japan Patent Office decisions, patent invalidation actions before the Japan Patent Office, and import suspensions via Customs.
Mr. Okada has been selected as one of the “ALB North Asia’s Top 15 Litigators 2023” in Asian Legal Business.
