Alexander Gantzler Døssing focuses on strategic advice and enforcement of trademarks and design rights.
He advises Danish and international companies on trademark and design protection, investigations and analyses, infringement assessments, negotiations and agreements, counterfeits, online infringements, marketing and competition law, IP strategy, and overall enforcement of IP rights.
With extensive experience as an IP advisor, Alexander specializes in protecting and enforcing companies’ brands, designs, and technologies both in and out of court. His advice is always commercially focused and solution-oriented to achieve the best possible outcome.
Throughout his career, he has assisted some of Denmark’s leading textile companies with international trademark and design strategies, including online enforcement and customs monitoring, and has represented clients in domain name disputes before the Complaints Board for Domain Names.
Alexander is active in several Danish and international networks, including INTA and ECTA.
