Theis has more than 15 years of experience in the patent industry. He has worked for universities and research institutions, start-ups, small and medium-sized enterprises and some of the largest companies in the world.
In his advice, Theis focuses particularly on the clients’ business strategy and on how intellectual property rights such as patents can create value for the companies.
At Chas. Hude, Theis assists Danish and international clients focusing on case handling of patent applications before the Danish and international authorities.
Theis is specialized in technological areas that includes physics, optics, mechanics, electronics, software, offshore, wind turbine technology and oil/gas exploration and production.
