We run our services from four domestic offices located in the largest and the most industrialized cities of Türkiye, which are Bursa, İstanbul, Ankara, İzmir, as well as an satellite office in Brussels for our international affairs.
During our journey so far, we handled 15.000+ IP cases, extending in 160+ jurisdictions. Annually, 3-5% of the total patent applications in Türkiye are filed through Erdem, Kaya & Partners. Thanks to our strong domestic portfolio, we regularly file overseas applications, enabling us to maintain reciprocity with our foreign colleagues.

- Meet the team
- Managing partner biography - After having studied Electronics Engineering in Turkey, I became a Turkish and European patent attorney in 2001 and a Turkish trademark attorney in 2005. I am the founder of Erdem Kaya Patent, one of the respected IP firms of Turkey, with a team of +50 IP professionals. Throughout my professional life, me and my team have provided wide range of IP consultancy services to many companies and universities as well as hundreds of startups and provided IP trainings to thousands of people. I also acted as the president of a National Patent Union called UPB for 2 terms, where we carried out projects aimed at increasing IP awareness of the society and expertness level of IP professionals in Turkey. I am also among the partners of Sistem Global Consulting, Inc., which provides services as regards tax & audit, compliance management and access to incentives/supports with its team of +450 people. Finally, I am a licensed angel investor and active member of many IP organizations such as EPI, LES, AIPPI, GRUR and INTA.
