Innovation and technology

Dış Patent uses the software called MARKSOFT in order to docket all IP filings/oppositions/responses/transactions/renewals/annuity payments, so that all deadlines are followed and all IP files are preserved. The system allows the firm to be reminded as to the upcoming deadlines and also to view all the history of all files including e-mails, petitions, evidence and the payments that are invoiced. Additionally the system allows the firm to be able to monitor all the marks that are similar to the client’s marks to be reported, so that the client can be informed immediately and take actions if necessary.
