KWM SJ Berwin hires patent litigator in London

Campbell Forsyth has joined King & Wood Mallesons SJ Berwin as a partner

He was formerly with Olswang, which he joined in 2011. Prior to that he had his own IP boutique.

Forsyth is a litigator specialising in patent and regulatory matters, including supplementary protection certificates and FRAND licensing disputes.

Recent cases he has worked on are Resolution Chemicals v H Lundbeck and Rosetta Wireless v BlackBerry.
