The EPO’s Supervisory Board of the RFPSS (The Reserve Funds for Pensions and Social Security) meets for two days in Munich.

The Court of Justice of the EU begins hearing a joint case brought by Italy and Spain seeking an annulment of a European Council decision on a system of unitary patent protection.

INTA is holding a roundtable, “New Forms of Trademark Infringement on the Internet” in Milan.

The EPO’s Board of the Administrative Council meets in Munich.
