China backs away from bad faith crackdown
The latest draft of amendments to China’s Trade Mark Act has disappointed brand owners hoping that officials would use the law to get tougher on bad faith registrations
A section introducing the principle of good faith has been removed and the right to appeal an unsuccessful opposition to a bad faith trade mark application has been taken away.
