Prosecutors battle litigators in patent game

Patent prosecutors were pitted against patent litigators in a battle of wits, legal acuity and – since survey respondents determined the winning answer – luck, in a session titled “Patent Wars” at the AIPLA Annual Meeting

Seconds into the game, it was clear who was who: prosecutors assumed their places onstage with their heads down, avoiding eye contact, while the litigators confidently waltzed to their seats.
