Taking as his topic “IP Law: Keep Calm and Carry On” Jacob (a former patent and Court of Appeal judge in the UK) criticised (among others) lobbyists, politicians, journalists, Andrew Gowers, Professor Ian Hargreaves and the Court of Justice of the EU.
