US Customs set to share information again
IP owners will get more information from US Customs officers about suspected counterfeits if politicians agree to back a new bill introduced in the House of Representatives this week
The Foreign Counterfeit Prevention Act, House Bill 4216,
will allow US Customs and Border Protection (CBP) to disclose
information including retail packaging, a sample of the
merchandise and images of the merchandise while determining
whether suspected counterfeit goods are fake...
